Apply for the 2024 Apprenticeship Programme for Private Wealth Management before 3 December 2023

The Apprenticeship Programme for Private Wealth Management, co-organized by The Hong Kong Monetary Authority and The Private Wealth Management Association, has already received applications from nearly 400 students. The programme offers students the opportunity to gain comprehensive "front-to-back" experience in PWM business, and leading to a potential job offer upon graduation. The application deadline is only 19 days away. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to acquire invaluable practical experience in one of the most rapidly expanding sectors in the financial industry!

On 4 November 2023, hundreds of attendees showed up on our Recruitment Day at Kowloon Bay International Trade & Exhibition Centre. Executives from the participating firms were present to explain to attendees the career opportunities they had to offer.

Interested full-time undergraduate students in their first to third year of study should apply on or before 3 December 2023!

2024 Apprenticeship Programme Recruitment Day on 4 Nov

Our Recruitment Day for the 2024 Apprenticeship Programme is just around the corner!

This event is open to full-time undergraduates in their first to third year or penultimate of study in any discipline, from one of eight Hong Kong universities (see registration link below for more information). Do grab this chance to meet people from 15 private banks to learn more about the Programme and to visit on-the-spot career clinics for tips in writing effective CVs and preparing for interviews. It's never too early to start career planning, and ensuring you work with the right people with the right culture that fits you is the first step to a happy and successful career.

PWMA-SBA TALENT EXCHANGE PROGRAM IN HONG KONG FROM 3 – 6 OCTOBER 2023

From October 3 to 6 October 2023, fifteen bankers are joining us through a Talent Exchange Program organized by PWMA and the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA), accompanied by an SBA staff member.

They are spending the whole week here to learn more about the Hong Kong private wealth management industry, meeting with Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Securities and Futures Commission, Financial Services Development Council, Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and our member bankers.

The Talent Exchange Program was jointly organized by the Swiss Bankers Association (SBA) and PWMA and agreed between the two organizations in an MoU signed back in January 2018.

The program was first held in Switzerland in 2019, while the current program is the second edition taking place in Hong Kong.
