Founded in 1982, the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong (SwissCham HK) is the only Swiss non-profit and non-governmental business & trade association officially registered in Hong Kong. Our main goal is to foster HK-Swiss business relationships on a common platform to strengthen the political and economic bonds between the two countries, stimulate interaction and develop business opportunities

On May 17, the Swiss and Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong hosted the SWeet Night - Eurovision Dance Gala, an unforgettable celebration held at Soho House. The event brought together a vibrant crowd to celebrate openness, inclusivity, and love on the eve of the Eurovision Song Contest.

The gala was a tremendous success, selling out completely and receiving amazing feedback from attendees. Guests arrived in their best disco outfits and enjoyed complimentary drinks as they danced the night away to Eurovision hits and classic favorites, expertly mixed by the DJ duo Crimes Against Pop.

Highlights included a lively atmosphere, glam surprises, and awards for Best Dressed and Best Dancer, ensuring that everyone had a fantastic time.

✨ Exciting Event Announcement ✨

Join Consulate General of Switzerland in Hong Kong this evening, Wednesday, 7 May at 7pm, at Eaton Hotel, for a thought-provoking panel discussion on Inclusion and Diversity in the context of the Eurovision Song Contest.

Last year, Swiss artist Nemo won the Eurovision Song Contest, and as a result, this year’s event will take place in Switzerland. Nemo is a talented musician and singer-rapper who plays the violin, piano, and drums. They were the first openly non-binary artist to represent Switzerland at Eurovision, and went on to win the 2024 contest with the song "The Code."

Nemo made history as the first openly non-binary musician to win Eurovision, and only the third act to win the contest for Switzerland, following victories in 1956 and 1988.
