澳洲建造業顧問公司BIS Shrapnel估計，悉尼、墨爾本樓價未來12個月仍可見升，隨後逐步冷卻，但不會出現泡沫爆破危機；布里斯班（Brisbane）則屬升值之選。

，分析師齊戈馬尼斯（Angie Zigomanis）指出預測墨爾本樓價預期回落，名義樓價預計未來3個財年僅升4%；若計入通脹，實質樓價則跌4%。

布里斯班未來3年內最具升值潛力。齊戈馬尼斯指，當地實質樓價已低於5年前水平，未來3個財年預料可升值13%。
