It’s a modern Chinese poem.
It means that even when Hong Kong is in a heavy rainy season, I still take the boat across the dangerous Victoria Harbor from Tism Sha Tsui to Central, Hong Kong.
Even when the tide rises, the boat lifts; it still can try its best to carry passengers across the ocean no matter how high does the tide rise.
Like the boat, throughout our life, there will always be times that need us to face and handle the difficulties like the tides and waves. We should always face the difficulties and looking forward for the future bravely.
