As we wrap up our global International Women's Day celebrations and awareness-raising campaign, we are reflecting on an incredible few weeks across all Hop Lun factories and sites! đź’ś
As part of our Empowered by HER series, we put a special focus on gender balance this year. To mark the occasion, the gentlemen of Hop Lun took the lead in handing out gifts to recognize and appreciate our female employees on the factory floors.
We also activated key pillars under our core framework:
: We soft-launched this pillar by inviting colleagues across all levels, including Country Heads and Factory GMs to write down personal messages and pledges of support to empower one another.
: To prioritize the well-being of our female workforce, several sites organized dedicated health check-ups for our teams.
Our ultimate goal at Hop Lun is simple: to build a culture where our people are Caring, Capable, and Confident.
