Job Summary:
Long Journey Finance Limited is looking for a skilled Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile financial accounts and ledgers.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits.
Support management in financial decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
