[Dr. Ilex Lam as a judge for HKSEC]

On 18 March 223, the founder of iEnterprise, Dr Ilex Lam was invited and served as one of the judges in the Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge (HKSEC) organised by the Centre for Entrepreneurship of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, sponsored by Home and Youth Affairs Bureau. It aims to accelerate the growth of youth-led social enterprises through education, competition and incubation.

The judging criteria is based on the concept of understanding social issues and needs and how it is incorporated into the business model. The context, demonstrating the understanding of factors affecting the business operation, such as market demands, regulatory requirements, tax etc. and ways to manage them. The people, how the team acquire and utilise their talents and skills to accomplish its goals. The social impact, demonstration of how the business model could generate positive social impact. The Business sustainability, demonstrating that the business model is self-sustainable to generate social impact.

[Dr. Ilex Lam as a judge for InnoX Winter Camp]
On 4th February2023, the founder of iEnterprise, Dr Ilex Lam participated in the InnoX Winter Camp Demo Day as one of the judges. InnoX Academy aims to provide systematic innovation and entrepreneurship education for young people in Hong Kong. With the vision of “Empowering Young Talent to Become Innovators", it nurtures innovative leaders and entrepreneurial talents who can put their learning into practice.
This camp aims to support budding entrepreneurs and aspiring start up teams who are passionate technologists in robotics, IoT and AI.

林家強博士於二〇二二年十二月三十日爲「創新園」計劃作評審。

「創新園」是由豐盛社企學會舉辦、社創基金贊助的旗艦項目。透過系統化的培訓，協助參與計劃的青年人掌握社創知識，並為他們提供一個友好和充滿支持的環境，與其他年輕社會創業家同行，構思創新項目。「創新園」支持不同發展階段的創新項目，包括構思創新點子、原型（Prototype）和初創（Start-up）項目。項目的社會目標應符合社創基金的宗旨，即透過社會創新及創業，解決貧窮和社會孤立的問題，並促進香港社會的福祉和凝聚力。計劃會為參加者提供一系列支援，例如體驗式學習、導師指導、度身制定的訓練、共享工作空間、伙伴相互學習和舊生支援等，參加者更可與來自商界、教育界及政府等不同界別的持份者建立連繫，組織網絡，凝聚社會資本。

林家強博士於二零二二年十月七日透過線上出席了由KDI School of Public Policy and Management及韓國政策學會於南韓舉辦的「The 3rd International Conference of the Experiment Lab for Public Management Research (ExPMR)」。

林博士是「Innovative Financing for Poverty Alleviation and Sustainable Development」部分的其中一名講者，他以聯合國可持續發展項目於香港的應用爲例，展示本公司如何透過僱用傷殘人士爲勞動力，實踐「傷健共融」的概念。我們希望南韓的學生們能夠對香港最近的可持續發展項目的措施有所了解及爲他們未來的發展作參考

參觀天主教慈幼會伍少梅中學

隨着「未來學校」及「智慧學校」的概念越來越被香港的學校所認識，我們與豐盛社企學會及其他社企代表參觀了天主教慈幼會伍少梅中學。這間中學作爲香港其中一間領頭將「未來學校」概念融入學校方針的學校，李校長帶領我們參觀了學校的各個地方，展示如何將不同極具創意的想法融合一起在於學校中呈現。我們十分欣賞李校長對學生們的貢獻，亦冀望將來會有更多的合作。
