When Emre started working at Xplodemedia, he wasn’t sure what to expect. Coming from a background in business administration, he had experience in customer service, but working fully online was something new for him. Now, almost two years later, he wouldn’t have it any other way.

"What I love most about this job is the freedom it gives me. I can work from home, set up my own workspace, and avoid long commutes. But what really makes it special is the team. Even though we all work remotely, I never feel alone. There’s always someone ready to help, share a joke, or just check in to see how you’re doing."

My name is Sophie, I'm 30 years old, and I've been working at Xplodemedia for three years as a contact center agent 😊. What I love about my job is the great work atmosphere.
