If you ask Joshua how he starts his workday, the answer is simple: coffee and a good humor. That’s the beauty of working remotely—no rush-hour stress, just a fresh brew and a laptop ready to go.
"People think customer support is just answering questions, but it’s so much more than that. Every chat or email is a little puzzle, and I love figuring out the best way to help someone. Sometimes, it’s a quick fix; other times, it’s about really understanding the problem and guiding the customer step by step. That’s what makes it fun."
Joshua never expected to enjoy working from home this much, but now he wouldn’t trade it for anything.
"The best part? The team. Even though we’re in different countries, there’s always someone to crack a joke with or help out when needed. It’s like having colleagues all over the world without leaving my desk."
