有關：Empire Music Fest 2025

We act for and on behalf of Millennium Success Investment Group Company Limited (“Our Client”), and issue the following declaration for and on its behalf:-

本所受東方盛世集團有限公司（下稱「本所客戶」）委託，代表本所客戶作出以下聲明：-

1. Due to changes in the arrangement of Empire Music Fest 2025 (the “Event”), and following careful deliberation by all relevant parties, Our Client as one of the Co-Organisers has decided to postpone the Event. This decision was made to ensure a more comprehensive preparation for the Event and to deliver an enhanced experience for all attendees. Details of the rescheduled Event will be announced at a later date.

鑒於《Empire Music Fest 2025》（下稱「該活動」）的安排發生變更，並經各方審慎考慮後，本所客戶作為其中一家聯合主辦方決定將該活動延期舉行。此舉旨在確保該活動的籌備工作更加完善，並為所有參與者帶來更卓越的體驗。該活動延期後的具體詳情將於日後公佈。

2. Our Client sincerely regrets any disappointment this may cause to the valued supporters and extends its deepest apologies for the inconvenience. Our Client hereby declares and emphasises that Our Client has now cancelled all sales and promotional activities in relation to the Event until further notice. If any individual or entity falsely claims to be collecting payments on behalf of Our Client or carries out any ticketing sales or collection without authorisation, please be aware that such actions are unrelated to Our Client, and Our Client reserves the right to pursue legal action against them.

本所客戶對此次延期可能給廣大支持者帶來的失望深表遺憾，並對因此造成的不便致以誠摯的歉意。本所客戶特此聲明並重申，本所客戶現已取消一切與該活動相關之銷售及宣傳活動，直至另行通知。若有任何個人或機構冒用本所客戶的名義或未經授權進行門票銷售或收款等行為，請注意，該行為與本所客戶無關，本所客戶保留追究其法律責任的權利。

3. Our Client is grateful for your continued support and understanding, and Our Client remains committed to presenting an even greater music experience in the near future.

本所客戶衷心感謝大家的一貫支持與理解，並承諾將繼續努力，為大家呈現更精彩的音樂體驗。
