本公司近日留意到有人或團體聲稱以本公司名義的外匯分析師或相似名稱用作投資詐騙。
It has been brought to our attention that someone alleged to have involved in investment fraud activities claimed to be “外匯分析師” of MAYFAIR & AYERS Financial Group Limited.
本公司祗經營香港証監會牌照一、二、四、五及九下之証券、期貨及資產管理業務。除以上業務外本公司並無經營香港証監會其他牌照的金融業務及，尤其是外匯相關業務。
MAYFAIR & AYERS Financial Group Limited conducts only SFC Type 1,2,4,5 & 9 financial services. No other business are being conducted, especially those involving in Forex.
鑑於是次事件懷疑有人利用本公司之商譽用作誤導大眾，本公司予以高度關注。
現特此聲明，呼籲各界人士提高警惕，同時保留一切追究該等人士法律責任之權利。
We are seriously concerned that such misrepresentation might have mislead the public and caused damages to the reputation of the Company. We urge the public to take caution and hereby reserve the rights to take legal actions against the parties concerned.
任何人士如未獲得本公司授權的情況下使用本公司的名義作任何用途，本公司將向有關人士作出追究。
If there are any party using the name of our Company without our formal authorization, we shall take legal actions against those parties.
