Our pleasure sharing with you that LC Capital Limited was commended as “Mental Health Friendly Organization” and joined the “Mental Health Workplace Charter” organized by Occupational Safety & Health Council, Department of Health, Labour Department and Advisory Committee on Mental Health.

The Charter scheme has three specific objectives:
1. Promote mental well-being at workplace including a respectful and positive environment;
2. Promote active listening and communication, encourage help-seeking, and facilitate early identification of mental distress and timely treatment; and
3. Create an inclusive and friendly workplace environment for colleagues with mental distress.

As a condition to being commended as “Mental Health Friendly Organization”, we have implemented measures or activities in a designated number of action items from a set of 12 action items to promote mental well-being at workplace.

Moving forward, we will continue to work on and explore ways to promote mental well-being at workplace, active listening and communication, and drive the company forward together!

We are thrilled to announce that LC Capital Limited garnered the "Happy Company 2022" label by Promoting Happiness Index Foundation from the “Happiness-at-Work Promotional Scheme” jointly organized by the Promoting Happiness Index Foundation and The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong, in recognition of the Group’s commitment to creating a pleasant working environment and coping with every challenge together during the epidemic.

At LC Capital Limited, we firmly believe that a happy workplace can cultivate positive thinking among the team, enhance their sense of belonging, improve work motivation and ultimately strengthen the Group’s competitiveness especially during the epidemic. We will continue to uphold our people-oriented philosophy and create a satisfactory workplace for our employees while pursuing business development.

The “Happiness-at-Work Promotional Scheme” aims to encourage local companies’ and organizations' creation of a happy workplace culture, improving the happiness level of Hong Kong people at work. Successful applicants of the “Happy Company” label must have implemented measures or activities in at least two out of the four areas that enhance “Happiness-at-work”. These include “Corporate Love”, “Corporate Insight”, “Corporate Fortitude” and “Corporate Engagement”.
