Breaking News
Electricity is now available at ElaineVille, our Fence is 98% completed, concrete drains completed, water will be available by May 30th and houses are being built.

Certificates of Title, Electricity, Water, Unoccupied Lands, Management Committee
Dear Prospective Purchasers,

About 80 (eighty) persons have now received the Certificates of Title for their land. Another 10 (ten) persons will be receiving their Certificates of Title shortly.

Elaine Ville Housing Development Inc. is pleased to announce that electricity is now available as of Thursday 2nd April, 2015 and potable water will be available through Guyana Water Incorporated by the end of May, 2015.

For the past 15 (fifteen) months Elaine Ville Housing Development Inc. has been clearing the land at its own expense; however, Elaine Ville Housing Development Inc. will not be able to continue to bear this cost after the month of April, 2015.

Elaine Ville Housing Development Inc. will complete clearing all the unoccupied lands by the end of April, 2015. Thereafter, as we work together to develop this beautiful and upscale housing development we ask that all property owners maintain their land and keep same free from bushes and debris. Land owners are encouraged to fence and occupy their land as soon as possible.

At a later date a management committee will be formed for the residents to collaborate on the cost of security, garbage, maintenance of the pool, club house, tennis courts, etc. For those of you who are interested, we are looking into the possibility of finding a Company which will be willing to maintain your land at a reasonable cost to you.

We will keep you updated on other exciting developments in our sub-division.

This serves to update you on the progress of our Land development Project. Elaine Ville Housing Development is pleased to announce that significant infrastructure work has begun at our site at Plantation Providence, East Bank Demerara.
Status report
1. Water installation is 50% completed.
2. Electricity installation is 75% completed.
3. Constructions of the five model houses are completed.
4. Eight Purchasers are nearly concluding the construction on their home.
5. The fence for the Gated Community is 90% completed.
6. First base road construction completed.
7. Concrete drains completed.
8. Some have commenced construction.

Status report
1. The fence for the Gated Community has begun.
2. Concrete drains for Phase 1 & Phase 2 is completed and Phase 3 will be completed within 30 days.
3. The water system is installed and will be operational in 60-90days
4. The infrastructure for Electricity in phase 1 and phase 2 will be operational within 60days
5. All roads are now completed up to sub base
6. Some Purchasers have commenced construction.
7. Construction of the five model houses listed will be complete by December 2014.
