Aktaiou Wine Cave Hotel is a project we’re very proud to have completed! Old chic elegance meets modernity and functionality in a space full of brilliance and love 🛎️

Aktaiou Wine Cave Hotel is housed in a fully renovated and preserved building. It offers a number of suites, each with its own separate living room, bedroom and bathroom.

High ceilings with gypsum decorations are one of the main attributes of the project. The ceiling, along with golden and timber details and furnishing, provide a luxurious feel to each space, inspired by an era of the past.

Herringbone timber floors and pal wall colours, also add to the overall feeling of grandeur. The bathrooms, offer a dash of modernism, that is incorporated seamlessly with the rest of the concept.

They are painted in more eccentric colours, and are furnished by unconventional slabs of granite, which provide a discrete aspect to the overall composition.

Palm Suites Hotel 🌴

Palm Suites Hotel is an oasis at Pefkochori, Chalkidiki.

The hotel develops in four levels and has various different rooms in order to fill everyones needs. From two people rooms, up to six people apartments with mezzanines. The design of Palm Suites reminds someone of an island resort, providing therefore the tenants with feelings of relaxation and being close to nature.

Fabric, timber and bright colors create the sensation of cosiness and calmness.

The hotel also includes a terrace where everyone is welcome to enjoy the view of the sea, the nearby hills, and the town of Pefkochori. Each room is equipped with its own kitchen and electrical appliances, making them completely autonomous.

The Petralona Apartment Building!

This modern apartment building is situated in Meliteon street, Petralona, Athens. It is a ten -apartment construction, spread across eight stories, in the heart of the Greek capital.

The façade consists of big balconies, straight concrete lines, metal and massive glass panels that are the main characteristic. The latter provide plenty of natural light and fresh air in the day, while in the same time they act as an elegant barrier of the busy city centre and the meticulously designed personal spaces.

The darker colour of the exterior contrasts with the lighter interior spaces and creates a poetic metaphor of the capital’s city centre.

We are looking for Qualified Senior Architects and Interior Designers to join our firm in Athens and in Thessaloniki full time.

The ideal candidates should have effective management and team leadership skills, strong design sensibilities, excellent technical skills, a flexible mentality and experience managing all stages of a project, from concept through to construction.


Job requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience
- Working knowledge of 3D/2D software (Rhinoceros, 3D Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- NOK and planning procedures
- Extensive coordination experience with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Excellent communication, budget control, planning, and organizational skills

- Excellent aesthetic sensibilities and design skills
- Effective project management and team-leading abilities
- Knowledge of products, materials, and construction methods
- Fluent English communication skills (reading and writing)
