Happy Friday from Artemis.

Artemis was rescued as a pup with her Mum and siblings Valentino, Kafetoula and Fotis.

They are beautiful dogs and are very big at 50kg but so beautiful and very smart. Artemis has beautiful eyes and a gentle smile.

Greek Shepherd’s end up as farm dogs protecting livestock and mostly living a terrible life chained.

Jason is one Spitha’s sons. Spitha was tied to a barrel her whole life till Vaso convinced her owner to give her up. She kept having litter after litter . Vaso neutered her and she was rescued and she lived to a very old age of 16 years!

Mavroulis, Fivos and Asteris are also Spitha’s sons and are at the shelter with their Mum. Her last litter were the 5 boys. The other two were adopted to loving homes.

To qualify as a shelter of the month in next years Doggy Lottery we have to remain in the top 12 at the end of the year.

To remain in the top 12 is dependent on the number of votes we get. The more votes we can get each month the better chance we can remain in the top 12z

£2 a vote.
What do you get ?
You go into the draw for £1000 and usually there’s a second prize and sometimes a third prize too.
You can gift the win, keep the win or share the win.

What does the shelter get ? Half the cost of the vote comes to the shelter once we get 30 votes or more. Also if you gift your vote to the shelter the shelter gets the prize if your number is drawn.

After thorough examinations, the kitten has a heart problem. He must be immediately examined by a specialist cardiologist veterinarian to assess the condition..Unfortunately, the expenses are prohibitive at the moment and I am unable to cover them. There are 2 seriously ill dogs..Anestis and Mavroulis. Taking care of so many animals daily and continuously makes it impossible to treat them immediately and everything is done with a delay with all that this entails..Thank you!

Ύστερα από ενδελεχή εξετασεις ο γατουλης έχει πρόβλημα στην καρδια .Πρέπει άμεσα να εξεταστεί από ειδικό καρδιολόγο κτηνίατρο για εκτίμηση της κατάστασης..Δυστυχώς τα έξοδα είναι υπέρογκα αυτή την στιγμή αδυνατώ να καλύψω.Υπαρχουν 2 σκυλιά βαρια άρρωστα..ο Ανέστης κ ο μαυρουλης .Η φροντίδα τόσων ζωων καθημερινά κ ανελλιπώς καθιστά αδύνατον να αντιμετωπίστουν αμεσα κ ολα γινονται με καθυστέρηση με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται..Σας ευχαριστώ!
