The Board of The Greek Fertilizers and Chemicals ELFE SA announces its merger with EVLIS S.A. into a single integrated chemical concern Grechem S.A. to develop new areas of activity: production of household chemicals and export to third countries. This became possible thanks to the control over the group of companies of the Russian-Greek Zachariadis family, which is the beneficiary of the new Grechem S.A. (United group) in 2025.

Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο της The Greek Fertilizerers and Chemicals ELFE SA ανακοινώνει τη συγχώνευσή της με την EVLIS S.A. σε μια ενιαία ολοκληρωμένη χημική εταιρεία Grechem S.A. ανάπτυξη νέων τομέων δραστηριότητας: παραγωγή οικιακών χημικών προϊόντων και εξαγωγή σε τρίτες χώρες. Αυτό κατέστη δυνατό χάρη στον έλεγχο του ομίλου εταιρειών της ρωσοελληνικής οικογένειας Ζαχαριάδη, που το 2025 θα είναι οι δικαιούχοι της νέας Grechem S.A. (Ενωμένη ομάδα).
