Trust Bank PLC has officially announced its delisting from the Ghana Stock Exchange effective September 25, 2026, following the successful tender offer by Solo Dabo Company Limited.

The Ghana share register will remain open for a three-month transitional period before holdings are transferred to the principal share register in The Gambia.
