GPFCCU is delighted to congratulate Lamin S. Taal (Deputy Manager) and Arokey Jassey (Operations Manager) on their graduation from the inaugural cohort of the Credit Union Management Professional (CUMP) Programme — 6 June 2026.

This accredited one-year diploma, delivered by the NACCUG Training Academy in partnership with German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation DSIK and fully accredited by NAQAA, brought together senior industry practitioners as lecturers, ensuring a world-class learning experience grounded in real professional practice.

Their achievement strengthens GPFCCU's capacity to serve our over 18,500 members with better governance, stronger risk management, and greater financial security.

The Board, Management, and Staff of GPFCCU mourn the passing of our colleague and Board of director, Chief Superintendent Badou Jeng, who departed this life on Tuesday, 09th March 2026.

He served on the Board with humility, courage, and dedication, leaving a lasting impact on all who worked with him. He will be deeply missed by the entire Membership, Board, Management, and Staff of GPFCCU.

We pray to Allah, the Most Merciful, to forgive him and grant him the highest place in Janatul Fridawzi.
May his soul rest in peace.
