Rabotec Group is honoured to announce that our CEO, Ali Ibrahim, has been named CEO of the Year – Mining Service Provider at the prestigious 10th Ghana CEO Summit, held on May 28, 2026, at the Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City, Accra.

The summit, attended by President John Dramani Mahama and Ghana's most prominent business leaders, brought together executives committed to accelerating economic transformation through leadership, technology, and industrialization values that sit at the very core of how Rabotec Group operates across Africa.
Mr. Ali Ibrahim was accompanied at the event by Joseph Abu Baka, Business and Contracts Executive, Rabotec Group.

Rabotec Chairman Engages Workforce at Sycamore Mine - Guinea, Commends Excellence in Safety and Production.

Alhaji Ali Ibrahim, Chairman and CEO of Rabotec Group, paid a visit to the workforce at the Sycamore Mine site to personally express his appreciation for their outstanding performance in both safety and production.
Upon his arrival, the Chairman interacted warmly with employees and took time to recognize and reward individuals who demonstrated exceptional dedication, commitment, and hard work in the course of their duties.

In his address, Ali Ibrahim praised the team for their operational excellence and strong adherence to safety standards. He highlighted that, despite operating in a region with a relatively inexperienced workforce, the team has consistently exceeded expectations, an achievement that has greatly impressed the client.

He explained that the purpose of his visit was to gain firsthand insight into ongoing operations, better understand the challenges faced on site, and identify practical ways management can further support the workforce. He reaffirmed the company’s commitment to providing the necessary resources, logistics, and guidance to ensure that operations continue to be executed efficiently, productively, and safely.

Accompanying the Chairman on the visit was the New Business and Contracts Executive, Joseph Abu Baka. In his remarks, Mr. Abu Baka encouraged employees to remain committed to safe work practices and to consistently uphold industry mining standards in all operations.
The visit underscores Rabotec’s continued dedication to workforce engagement, operational excellence, and a strong safety culture across all its sites
