⚡ Key Responsibilities (50/50 Dual Focus)
1. Deal Operations & Investor Support (50%)
Data Room Management: Maintain and organize secure Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) for active capital raises.
Document Tracking: Manage NDAs and securely distribute pitch decks, IMs, and financial models to verified investors.
CRM Pipeline: Meticulously log investor communications, follow-ups, and fund mandates.
Inbound Filtering: Review incoming deal flows against our USD 500k minimum threshold.
2. Social Media & Brand Presence (50%)
Platform Strategy: Own daily ex*****on on LinkedIn & X, translating internal market knowledge into engaging posts and graphics.
Deal Teasers: Package live, anonymized deal opportunities into crisp public teasers to attract investor interest.
Executive Ghostwriting: Assist leadership with thought-leadership content regarding African FDI and macroeconomic trends.
Newsletter Management: Compile and distribute our periodic "Private Deal Ledger" to global allocators.
🎯 Who You Are (The Ideal Profile)
Experience: 1–3 years in business admin, financial marketing, corporate comms, or VC/PE ecosystem support.
Tools: Proficient with LinkedIn/X management, email tools (HubSpot/Mailchimp), and basic design (Canva).
Skills: Flawless written English in a sophisticated institutional tone; exceptional attention to detail with sensitive data.
Passion: A deep drive to master the mechanics of fundraising, debt/equity structures, and the African investment landscape.
