📢IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

The recently announced increase in transport fares at some trotro and taxi stations has been cancelled.

Our partnered transport unions (GPRTU, PROTOA, and ALLTop Commercials) have officially confirmed that there is no increase in transport fares. Therefore, the approved fares remain unchanged.

Use the Tap & Hop card to pay the exact approved fare for your journey — no extra charges.

Note: If a trotro mate refuses to accept your Tap & Hop card, take a picture of the vehicle’s number plate and report it to us via WhatsApp: 053 512 5004 or through the Tap & Hop app.
