Under the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179) and the Banking Act,2004 (Act 673) as amended by the Banking (Amendment). Mumuadu Rural Bank Ltd (MRB) was established on the 26th November 1982 at Osino in the Fanteakwa District of the Eastern Region of Ghana. Its Financial Statements are prepared in accordance with the International Financial Standards. The bank was opened with the aim of mobilizing savin

gs and also bank credit to the in the catchment area. With over 33 years of operation, the Bank currently have 8 Member Board Directors and a solid Management team poised for efficiency and effectiveness in the of quality bank services.
