Office Administrator
Duties
• Manage front office, receive, attend to and direct visitors.
• Supporting field officers
• Maintain and update the office filing system for in-coming and out-going mail including accounting records.
• Process correspondences of documents and reports, as required.
• Handle office petty cash payments and provide timely accountability.
• Purchase, store and issue office supplies and stationery
• Maintenance general cleanliness of the office.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Minimum SHS Certification
• Experience of 2 years in general office management /Administration is a must.
• Proven Proficiency in the use of MS-Office, ability to use a computer and some experience in petty cash management.
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team working abilities
