National Investment Bank (NIB) PLC has joined industry players and key stakeholders in the banking sector to officially launch the nationwide Fraud Awareness Campaign spearheaded by the Ghana Association of Banks (GAB).

The campaign, themed “Shine Your Eyes,” seeks to combat fraud and promote safer banking practices across the country through sustained public education and awareness.

The launch marks the beginning of a six-month nationwide campaign that will run across television, radio, social media, and other public engagement platforms to educate customers and the general public on how to identify, avoid, and report fraudulent activities.

The Deputy Managing Director (Business and Operations) of National Investment Bank (NIB) PLC, Belinda Boamah, climaxed her tour of the Northern Zone with visits to the NIB Tamale Main Branch, NIB UDS Tamale Branch, the Tamale Agency, the NIB Yendi Branch, and the NIB Bolga Branch.

At the various branches, she met with staff to discuss branch operations, customer service delivery, teamwork, and opportunities for business growth. The tour team, which included Esther Agyemang Prempeh, Ag. Chief Client Experience & Corporate Communications Officer; Kwaku Oppong-Duah, Chief Retail and Operations Officer; Adam Imoro, Zonal Manager (Northern Zone), and Rocklyn Ayelgum, Communications Officer, visited the NIB PLC Wa and Sawla Branches on Monday, 11th May 2026.

A delegation from National Investment Bank (NIB) PLC, led by Esther Agyemang Prempeh, Acting Chief of Client Experience and Corporate Communications Officer, paid a courtesy visit to Kalpohin Senior High School in Tamale.

During the visit, the bank presented a cheque of GHC100,000 to support the renovation of the school’s assembly hall.

The headmistress of Kalpohin Senior High School, Mariama Abu Alhassan expressed her gratitude to NIB PLC and commended the Managing Director, Chief Dr Doliwura Zakaria, an alumnus of the school, for his generosity. She also acknowledged his commitment to equip the new e-library with computers.
