NorthShore Apparel is projected to create an estimated 10,000 sustainable jobs, with even greater employment opportunities as the factory transitions towards 24-hour operations, in line with the Government’s 24-Hour Economy policy.

What was once a refuse dump is now an ultra-modern apparel and garment production facility—the first of its kind in Ghana’s Northern Region.

Ghana EXIM Bank’s Advisory Team continues to engage out-growers of Nadkansco Company Limited in Wenchi, Bono Region, as part of efforts to strengthen skills and improve productivity across the cashew value chain.

The practical training focused on key areas of modern cashew farming, including plantation maintenance, pest and disease control, the proper use of farm tools, and quality control.

By equipping farmers with practical knowledge and improved farming techniques, the initiative seeks to enhance productivity, promote quality production and support sustainable growth within the agribusiness sector.
