Dear All,

And lastly, we are very excited to finally launched our own platform token, iP2PGO (“GO”) token.

I would like to emphasised here that this is NOT an ICO, while many crypto-exchanges launched their token to fund their development and thus the most investors can see is a ‘whitepaper’ and nothing else, WE ARE DIFFERENT....we funded our own development and we are now already in 9 countries (with more coming!).

So what are we going to do with the funds we receive by selling GO tokens ? The answer is very simple, we are putting it back into the platform and thus providing more LIQUIDITY for our members to trade. SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT - BIG CHANGES TO IP2PGO

Dear Members & Supporters,

First of all we would like to thank all of you for your continuing support of iP2PGO.

As we continue to grow iP2PGO business we never forgot to hear feedbacks from our members and country partners, therefore we have decided to make the changes below:

1. Replacement of iP2PReward token (“iP2PR token”) program with iP2PGO token (“GO token”).

Today, we are launching GO token to replace the iP2PR token. Whereas the iP2PR token can only be used by owners to receive discount on the iP2PGO platform transaction fee, the GO token goes much further . . .

Owners of GO token receives a discount of 10% by using the GO token to pay for the transaction fee of any crypto/fiat trades,
Zero transaction fee for GO/fiat trades and for any crypto/GO trades,
Owner of GO token is also entitled to share 30% of the net revenue that iP2PGO earns on a daily basis,
GO token owners can also make suggestion and vote for any ERC20 token to be listed on the iP2PGO platform.

But most importantly the GO token is first and foremost a community token. Just like any cooperative, the future prosperity of iP2PGO platform will depends on the level of support it receives from it’s community. Spreading the words about iP2PGO & inviting your acquaintances, friends & families to register as members will expand the iP2PGO community and as members trade through iP2PGO it will increase the iP2PGO platform trade volumes hence leading to higher income to GO token holders.

2. iP2PGO-OTC MARKET

We are very excited to introduce the OTC swap market features in our platform. From today onwards, members can trade crypto/TUSD or crypto/GO pairings with each other in a safe manner using our escrow system. To execute an OTC trade both maker and taker must have the necessary tokens deposited in their iP2PGO wallets first. Actual swap transaction will be done almost instantaneously as the taker ‘takes’ a maker order.

We will be introducing 2 pairings for the OTC swap market.

The crypto/TUSD pairings which are: ETH/TUSD, ZRX/TUSD, BTM/TUSD, SCC/TUSD, OMG/TUSD & TEL/TUSD, the fees for OTC trade for crypto/TUSD pairings are 0.20% for maker and 0.20% for taker deductible from the two tokens being swapped.

the crypto/GO pairings which are: ETH/GO, ZRX/GO, BTM/GO, OMH/GO, SCC/GO, TEL/GO, USDT/GO and TUSD/GO. There will be ZERO fees for maker and taker of any crypto/GO trade.

Any new tokens to be added to the iP2PGO platform in the future will automatically have a TUSD and GO pairings in addition to the fiat pairing.

3. New Referral Program

We are revamping our existing 3 levels referral program (10% / 5% / 5%). As of today, the iP2PGO referral program has been expanded to 9 levels !!. The referral commission has been revised to 10% (1st level), 6% (2nd level) and 2% (3rd to 9th levels), with this we have increased the overall allocation to the referral program from the original 20% of transaction fee to 30% of transaction fee.

4. No minimum deposit to unlocked

In the spirit of revamping the referral program, we are also scraping the requirement to make a minimum deposit of 0.1 ETH to unlock access to the referral page. Access is now given immediately after iP2PGO wallets creation.

5. No deposit fee, but have withdrawal fee

We have decided to scrap the deposit fee of 0.005 ETH, however there will now be a withdrawal fee of 0.005ETH or 0.01ETH depending on the user category.

6. Verified and unverified user categories

We have decided to introduce two user categories, members can now choose to become a verified user or an unverified user. A verified user will have to go through the KYC process before creating their iP2PGO wallets. An unverified user does not have to go through the KYC process.

Furthermore to ensure that counterparty risks are minimised, the user category of a member making an offer will be displayed in the order books, also a verified user who is a maker can specify when making their order whether he/she wants to accept takers from unverified user.

The other difference between a verified and unverified users is that a verified user will be charged a minimum withdrawal fee of 0.005ETH and an unverified user will be charged a minimum withdrawal fee of 0.01ETH.

8. IP2PGO Tanzania is live!

We are very happy to announce that iP2PGO Tanzania is now LIVE!! So for everybody in Tanzania you can now buy and sell tokens using your Shilling.

7. New token: TELCOIN

Dear members and supporters of iP2PGO,

I would like to share with all of you a story. . . Once upon a time, we were toying with the idea of setting up a centralised and even decentralised exchange. Immediately we found out a few things that unsettled us : there are many ready-made crypto exchange app provided by a few providers (that’s why many exchanges looked similar), there are liquidity provider that makes volume by churning trades (that’s why most exchanges can show high trading volume), there are functions that can linked smaller order books to larger exchange’s order book (that’s why even new exchange can show large order books, although they are just acting as an aggregator), the exchange software allows the operator to already apply a spread or even ‘front run’ an order on the central limit order book (that’s why crypto exchanges are wildly profitable and thats why ‘zero fees’ exchange is just a marketing gimmick) and worst of all almost 90% of crypto exchanges do not operate in a regulated environment when taking your fiat deposit (that’s why the next crypto crisis after ICOs, crypto-mining may probably be these centralised crypto-exchanges).

We could follow the herd, but we decided to do otherwise.. . .

IP2PGO was born with an intention to give you control of your own cash while keeping your crypto trade safe through an escrow mechanism. You also have control of your trade, we don’t operate a central limit order book so our order book is transparent, therefore you choose whoever you want to trade with and at the price you want to trade at.

After successfully launching iP2PGO App in Australia, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa and Tanzania (with more countries to come), we have decided to now introduce an over-the-counter (“OTC”) trading feature for crypto/crypto trades in our iP2PGO App. With these feature, iP2PGO members can now trade crypto/crypto pairing directly with each other without going through a middleman (i.e. ‘an exchange order book’). Trading is also done in a safe manner using our escrow system.
