The Board and Management of Sic Life Company Limited, has along with all well-meaning Ghanaians noted with concern recent happenings involving threats to asserts of SIC Insurance Company Limited. We wish to assure all; especially our valued Policy holders and business partners who are justifiably concern that:
1. SIC Life Company Limited (SIC Life) is a separate and distinct legal entity from SIC Insurance Company Limited.
2. SIC Life’s assets including the holdings of our policyholders held with us have never, now or in the past, been the subject of any threatened or actual legal claim and as such our assert remain safe and intact.
3. SIC Life was formed in February 2007 with a distinct Board of Directors and Management to undertake life insurance business in conformity with the provision of section 26 of the Insurance Act, 2006 (Act 724) which prohibits the operation of composite (Life & General) insurance business by an insurer.
4. SIC Life is the market leader in the life insurance sector of the insurance industry with a wide network of Area, Branch and Contact offices nationwide.
