Being dissatisfied by these developments, the affected clients formed a group called Aggrieved IGS Clients Association (AICA) to engage IGS in resolving the issue.

1. Identify and organise all IGS clients who are dissatisfied with the conversion of their investments into bonds into a unified body.
2. Engage IGS (lead by the CEO) and other recognized stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding and basis for the conversion of our investment into 5-year zero coupon bonds.
3. Minimize arbitrarily actions that might emanate from the customers which has the potential of undermining security and safety in attempts to secure/recover their investment.
