RECRUITMENT / PERSONAL ASSISTANT.
MIFF-Ghana is an institution company based in Accra-Ghana. The institution is in charge of a particular service that combine two services: Micro-insurance (microfinance & insurance)
It’s all about the well being and stability of foreigners living in Ghana, specially the students.
We are aware that a financial institution can be very demanding which is why we have a solid,
and strong management team to perform excellently, deliver a positive result and successful outcome. The recruitment of a personal assistant is to assist the CEO and relieve the CEO responsibilities.
Plan the CEO agenda , administrative duties ,plan meeting ,manage the interaction between customers, the institution manage communication among the workers .
MIFF-GH, is recruiting people for the position [PERSONAL ASSISTANT].
You must meet the following qualifications / POST QUALIFICATION.
• In- depth knowledge and experience of the sector, have at least one year experience
• Knowledge of the job description.
• Mastery of the job.
• Baccalaureate/ certificate /license/bachelor required.
• Must be able to write and speak English fluently.
• Being bilingual, French /local language and other languages as Spanish /Arabic/ Chinese is a plus .
• Being between 22 to 27 years old.
• She must have good knowledge of the micro-insurance sector or have a full experience in the similar field.
• Be organized and Teamwork
• Able to work under pressure.
• Have a good computer experience, in particular the following software [word, excel,
PowerPoint…]
