The 12-month loan involved a luxury property located in a prime location outside the UK.⁠

We were approached because the borrower wanted to acquire a new property and urgently required liquidity to be able to complete the transaction.⁠
⁠
As well as being able to borrow a significant amount, the borrower wanted to put forward an international asset as security for the loan. They also wanted to work with a lender that could lend directly to a corporate entity.⁠

We worked alongside the borrower's corporate service provider to streamline the deal for the borrower and their advisors.⁠

We launched Tenn Capital to serve an underserved area of the property finance market. We lend in scenarios that include high-value property, complex transactions (including lending to structures) or where the asset or owner of the property used as security isn't in the UK.
