A snapshot of the people making our summer a little brighter 💛

In 2026, we continued our Summer Internship program and welcomed up to 20 summer interns to our team – talented Georgian students studying abroad, who will spend the summer working across EY Georgia's different service areas, bringing unique perspectives, fresh ideas and a strong desire to learn.

🌟 Through this experience, students build practical knowledge, work with experienced professionals and get a first look at what a career in professional services can be like. It's a space to learn, ask questions and grow.

As many of our interns pursue their studies abroad, we're especially proud to help them gain professional experience here in Georgia, stay connected to home and carry their international perspectives back with them in the years to come.

📌 Sustainable development moves faster when ideas, innovation and local perspectives come together.

At the SDG Roadshow in Batumi, organized by the UN Global Compact Network Georgia, our Business Consulting Leader, Nino Esakia, and Senior Specialist, Liza Urjumelashvili, joined discussions on how businesses can help advance the Sustainable Development Goals across Georgia's regions.

📣 As part of the Roadshow, our team also shared insights from the "AI for SDGs: Private Sector Engagement in Georgia" study with 17 media outlets, exploring how AI can support progress toward the 2030 Agenda.

📣 How can Georgia accelerate its green transition and what role can business play in that journey?

These were among the key topics discussed at the Partnership 4SDGs Forum, an annual event organized by UN Global Compact Network Georgia that brings together international financial institutions, business leaders and innovators to advance sustainable development and green growth.

🎙 As part of the program, our Business Consulting Leader, Nino Esakia, moderated the panel "Green Transition in the Healthcare Sector", joined by leaders from Georgian Healthcare Group, American Hospital Tbilisi, Quantori Georgia, and Les Laboratoires Servier Georgia.

The discussion highlighted how ESG in Georgia's healthcare sector is moving from awareness to action – through smarter operations, responsible resource management, AI-driven innovation and stronger cross-sector partnerships.
