1991 წლიდან დღემდე, უზბეკეთმა დამოუკიდებლობის მოპოვების შემდეგ უდიდესი ტრანსფორმაციის გზა გაიარა და ცენტრალური აზიის ერთ-ერთ ყველაზე დინამიკურ, მიმზიდველ საინვესტიციო ჰაბად ჩამოყალიბდა. 2016 წლის შემდეგ დაწყებულმა ფუნდამენტურმა რეფორმებმა ქვეყნის ეკონომიკა თვისებრივად ახალ საფეხურზე აიყვანა.

Georgia-Uzbekistan Business Forum — New Economic Opportunities and a New Scale of Partnership

◽️For the Business Chamber of Asian and Gulf Countries (BCAGC), this forum has become a crucial platform in terms of deepening foreign economic ties and supporting our member companies. The experience gained within the framework of the forum and Uzbekistan's ongoing economic reforms clearly demonstrate that a powerful new economic center is emerging in the region, creating unprecedented opportunities for both investors and local entrepreneurs.

We would like to clarify that we postponed publishing this post for a certain period because, immediately following the conclusion of the forum, our team became directly involved in the active work processes generated by the meetings. Bringing the decisions made to concrete stages was a priority, enabling us to share not just emotions, but real results with the public.

Particularly noteworthy is the flexibility, accessibility, and business-oriented approach of Uzbekistan's state structures. High-ranking government officials and representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers hold dialogues with business circles absolutely openly, without bureaucratic barriers. Moreover, state agencies take the initiative themselves, reaching out to entrepreneurs and offering specific tax or administrative incentives, which presents the state not as a controller, but in the role of a service provider and strategic partner to business.

It is significant that Uzbekistan is a country focused on continuous development and the implementation of best global practices. Most commendable is the fact that this is a country that constantly learns, evolves, and adopts best global practices as exemplary models. They have already actively utilized and implemented our country's successful reforms, such as the model of Georgia's Public Service Hall (Justice House) and the "one-window principle." This mutual learning and sharing of experience makes our partnership even stronger and more promising.

The Business Chamber is proud to note that the high-level meetings held within the framework of the forum have already yielded concrete, tangible results. As a result of direct and fruitful negotiations with the Minister and Deputy Minister of the respective agency, new pathways for international expansion and development have opened up for our member company, AG Team. This is a clear example of how effective state support translates into real business opportunities.

It is worth noting that the Uzbek side demonstrated great interest in both a specific land plot located near Tbilisi and the Poti Free Economic Zone, where we might see the establishment of Uzbek textile and other enterprises across a sizable area, creating a sort of logistical hub.

Such "openness" of structures, mutual learning, and minimizing bureaucracy is precisely the vital dynamic that any country, including Georgia, requires to increase competitiveness in the global market and achieve an economic leap.

The Business Chamber of Asian and Gulf Countries will actively continue to share this positive experience and support new initiatives that will lay the foundation for economic progress and multilateral cooperation between our nations. 🇺🇿🤝🇬🇪

◽️აზიისა და სპარსეთის ყურის ქვეყნების ბიზნესპალატისთვის აღნიშნული ფორუმი საგარეო-ეკონომიკური კავშირების გაღრმავებისა და ჩვენი წევრი კომპანიების მხარდაჭერის თვალსაზრისით უმნიშვნელოვანეს პლატფორმად იქცა. ფორუმის ფარგლებში მიღებული გამოცდილება და უზბეკეთის მიმდინარე ეკონომიკური რეფორმები ნათლად აჩვენებს, რომ რეგიონში ახალი, მძლავრი ეკონომიკური ცენტრი ყალიბდება, რომელიც უპრეცედენტო შესაძლებლობებს ქმნის როგორც ინვესტორებისთვის, ისე ადგილობრივი მეწარმეებისთვის.

გვსურს განვმარტოთ, რომ პოსტის გამოქვეყნება გარკვეული პერიოდით გადავდეთ, რადგან ფორუმის დასრულებისთანავე, ჩვენი გუნდი უშუალოდ ჩაერთო შეხვედრების შედეგად დაწყებულ აქტიურ სამუშაო პროცესებში. მიღებული გადაწყვეტილებების კონკრეტულ ეტაპებამდე მიყვანა პრიორიტეტული იყო, რათა საზოგადოებისთვის გაგვეზიარებინა არა მხოლოდ ემოციები, არამედ რეალური შედეგები.

განსაკუთრებით აღსანიშნავია უზბეკეთის სახელმწიფო სტრუქტურების მოქნილობა, უშუალობა და ბიზნესზე ორიენტირებული მიდგომა. უმაღლესი რანგის სახელმწიფო მოხელეები და მინისტრთა კაბინეტის წარმომადგენლები აბსოლუტურად ღიად, ბიუროკრატიული ბარიერების გარეშე მართავენ დიალოგს ბიზნეს წრეებთან. უფრო მეტიც, სახელმწიფო უწყებები თავად იჩენენ ინიციატივას, უკავშირდებიან მეწარმეებს და სთავაზობენ კონკრეტულ საგადასახადო თუ ადმინისტრაციულ შეღავათებს, რაც სახელმწიფოს არა მაკონტროლებლის, არამედ ბიზნესის სერვის-პროვაიდერისა და სტრატეგიული პარტნიორის როლში წარმოაჩენს.

საგულისხმოა, რომ უზბეკეთი მუდმივ განვითარებასა და საუკეთესო გლობალური პრაქტიკის დანერგვაზე ორიენტირებული ქვეყანაა. ყველაზე დასაფასებელი კი ის არის, რომ ეს არის ქვეყანა, რომელიც მუდმივად სწავლობს, ვითარდება და საუკეთესო გლობალურ პრაქტიკას სანიმუშო მაგალითებად იღებს. მათ უკვე აქტიურად გამოიყენეს და თავისთან დანერგეს ჩვენი ქვეყნის წარმატებული რეფორმებიც, როგორიცაა საქართველოს იუსტიციის სახლის მოდელი და „ერთი ფანჯრის პრინციპი“. ეს ორმხრივი ურთიერთსწავლება და გამოცდილების გაზიარება კიდევ უფრო მყარსა და პერსპექტიულს ხდის ჩვენს პარტნიორობას.

ბიზნესპალატისთვის საამაყოა იმის აღნიშვნა, რომ ფორუმის ფარგლებში გამართულმა მაღალი დონის შეხვედრებმა უკვე გამოიღო კონკრეტული, ხელშესახები შედეგი. შესაბამისი უწყების მინისტრთან და მინისტრის მოადგილესთან გამართული პირდაპირი და ნაყოფიერი მოლაპარაკებების შედეგად, საერთაშორისო ასპარეზზე გასვლისა და განვითარების ახალი გზები გაეხსნა ჩვენს წევრ კომპანიას, AG Team-ს. ეს არის თვალსაჩინო მაგალითი იმისა, თუ როგორ გარდაიქმნება ეფექტური სახელმწიფოებრივი მხარდაჭერა რეალურ ბიზნეს შესაძლებლობებად.

სტრუქტურების მსგავსი „გახსნილობა“, ურთიერთსწავლება და ბიუროკრატიის მინიმუმამდე დაყვანა არის სწორედ ის სასიცოცხლოდ მნიშვნელოვანი დინამიკა, რომელიც ნებისმიერ ქვეყანას, მათ შორის საქართველოს, ესაჭიროება გლობალურ ბაზარზე კონკურენტუნარიანობის ასამაღლებლად და ეკონომიკური ნახტომის განსახორციელებლად.

👉🏻The Business Chamber of Asian and Gulf Countries (BCAGC) had the honor to participate in the Tbilisi Silk Road Forum 2025, held under the theme “Invest in Connectivity – Grow in Stability.”

This high-level international event gathered government officials, business leaders, investors, and experts from across the world to explore opportunities for sustainable development, trade integration, and global partnership.

From BCAGC, the forum was attended by Mr. David Tsirdava, First Vice President, and Mr. Zurab Chinchaladze, Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Business Chamber with the member organizations.

Their participation highlighted BCAGC’s active engagement in promoting regional cooperation, attracting investment, and strengthening business relationships between Asia, the Gulf region, and Georgia.

🤝 BCAGC remains dedicated to fostering new partnerships and advancing the shared vision of growth and stability along the modern Silk Road.



👉🏻აზიისა და სპარსეთის ყურის ქვეყნების ბიზნეს პალატას (BCAGC) ჰქონდა პატივი მიეღო მონაწილეობა თბილისის აბრეშუმის გზის ფორუმზე 2025, რომელიც გაიმართა თემაზე: Invest in Connectivity – Grow in Stability.

მაღალი დონის საერთაშორისო ღონისძიებამ შეკრიბა სამთავრობო უწყებების წარმომადგენლები, ბიზნეს ლიდერები, ინვესტორები და ექსპერტები მთელი მსოფლიოდან, რათა განეხილათ შესაძლებლობები მდგრადი განვითარების, სავაჭრო ინტეგრაციისა და გლობალური პარტნიორობის მიმართულებით.

BCAGC-დან ფორუმს ესწრებოდნენ დავით ცირდავა, პირველი ვიცე-პრეზიდენტი, და ზურაბ ჩინჩალაძე, ბიზნეს პალატის საინვესტიციო კომიტეტის თავმჯდომარე წევრ ორგანიზაციებთან ერთად.
