This year the Griff Investment Fund took part in Movember for the second time to raise support, awareness and funds for men's health issues.

Globally we lose 1 man to su***de every minute, yet men's mental health is still a topic that is not discussed enough. We hope to help destigmatise and further open the conversation into the every day health issues that many of the men in our lives face, and we hope with your help we can make a real difference.

14 of our members have been involved through either opting to grow a moustache or complete Move for Movember (60km for the 60 men we lose to su***de every hour).

A huge thank you to those who have participated, donated or supported us throughout this month. If you would still like to do so, any support or donation of any size will be hugely appreciated, and will go to a fantastic cause!

Movember, the month formerly known as November, is a moustache growing charity event held during November each year that raises funds and awareness for men's health.

With Movember now sadly over, we're incredibly proud to be able to say that, among our 27 members who have taken part, we have hit our target and raised over £1000 for the Movember Foundation!

The money raised will go towards funding research, resources and innovative men's health projects in the UK and around the world.

A huge thank you to everyone who has followed, supported or donated to our cause throughout the past month, and just as big a thank you to all of our members who got involved this year!

We're now halfway through Movember and almost halfway to our fundraising target! We have raised £460 in the last two weeks and have covered 139km as a Fund.

After just one week, we have been able to fundraise £335 for the Movember Foundation!

We have ran, walked and cycled 86km collectively, and our meeting last week definitely featured more moustaches than usual.
