🏠 if your current deal is due to end within the next 6 months then it’s important to look at your options now and not wait.
If rates continue to increase then you have the best deal locked in for when your deal ends, if rates drop before your date comes up then I can change your deal to the better one.
The longer you wait the more it could cost you.

With mortgages in the news a lot this week due to interest rates it’s time to act…..

⭐️ Check your current mortgage deal, if it’s due to end in the next 6 months then now is the time to call and lock in a new deal, if rates increase then you have the best deal secured, if rates drop again then I can change the deal up to the end of your current deal.

⭐️ If you’ve been waiting for rates to drop before you buy your first home or move house then now is the time to do it, rates could be the best they will be for a while. You never know what the future holds as we’ve seen over the last few years.

⭐️ if you are scrolling through social media and seeing another friend with a go fund me page or another public figure being diagnosed with a serious Illness or another family struggling because things out of their control have impacted them financially and you don’t have any life insurance, income protection or critical illness cover in place then you need to call.
