🚨 Mortgage rates could be heading higher
UK government borrowing costs have risen to their highest levels since the 2008 financial crisis, with 10-year gilt yields around 5.25% and 30-year yields approaching 5.9%.
Experts are warning that this could soon feed through to higher mainstream mortgage rates and we have already seen some specialist lenders increasing their pricing
If you're planning to buy, remortgage or refinance, now could be a good time to review your options and reserve a rate – Just in case!
