I am a qualified , certified Relax Kids Coach, I am qualified to teach children and young people up to the ages of 16. I have relevant liability insurance and also fully DBS checked and have all the safeguarding trained. I have encountered anxiety , panic attacks as a child and young person, I have found the tools to overcome these difficulties.

I am offering Relax Kids to children from the ages of 3-5 years, 5-8 years, 8-11 years initially this will take place in a community setting in Yarm from September, for 6 week course of 45 minutes s
sessions weekly.
I have been delivering Relax Kids for the last year virtually to children between the ages of 8-11 years had some fab results. It is an area I am passionate about and fully believe in.

I am qualified, registered and have all relevant liability insurance. Please comment below if your child is suffering from feeling overwhelmed, being able to understand our emotions is so empowering, as this programme can provide the tools which are life changing.
