CP Financial Claims is a trading style of Elsworth Associates Limited which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 834626) for Claims Management activities. The FOS and FSCS are free services, you are not obliged to use a third party to represent you.
If our services are engaged, we will charge a fee upon successful completion of the claim of between 15% and 25% of the total amount of compensation awarded, subject to a maximum of £10,000.
