🚨2 Weeks To Go🚨

If you hadn't heard, we're collaborating with again this year on our annual photography competition, and we're now just two weeks away from the submissions deadline on Sunday November 1st at 11:59pm.

So if you want to be in with a chance of being part of the calendar, get your submissions in soon 😁

👉🏼 THIS YEAR'S THEME IS... "URBAN EXPLORATION" 👈🏼

🖼️All photography stands an equal chance and will be judged by a panel of colleagues from us here at Hadlow Edwards, Nightingale House Hospice, and other local figures.

💷 All of the profits made from the calendar will go straight to Nightingale House Hospice, who provide free care and support for patients in our community and support for their families.

📩 If you'd like to be considered, please submit photography as soon as possible and be sure to ask permission of anyone appearing in your photographs.

📸 Images should be high resolution (minimum 1MB), in landscape orientation and submitted to [email protected], including your full name and contact details, and where the image was taken.

Continuing with our 'Meet the Advisers' series we'd like to share Adam Tilston 🤩

Adam is Hadlow Edwards' youngest Financial Adviser, but has been with Hadlow Edwards for more than five years now! How the time flies when you're busy.

Adam is a bright spark in the team and often brings his crazy dog, Nelly, into the office for pats and very welcomed breaks from the screen 🐶 Scroll to the second pic to see Adam celebrating completing a marathon with Miss Nelly!

Something you may not know about Adam is he qualified as an Advisor at just 24 - only 1% of UK Financial Advisers are under the age of 25!

If you're lucky enough to have Adam as your Financial Adviser you will be met with an incredibly passionate person who loves to take clients from their original vision for their future, to making it a reality. Adam's particular area of expertise is in investment strategies and tax planning, helping to support clients every step of the way.

In just over a week the team here at Hadlow Edwards will be 'Wearing it Pink' for Breast Cancer Now's 2026 event! 🩷

From now until the end of October we will be raising awareness and raising funds within the office - with a final event on Friday 23rd, another Great Hadlow Edwards Bake-Off 🍰🍪🍩

We all know someone who has been effected directly or indirectly by various forms of cancer, and it is up to us to raise awareness to how you can fund research, nursing, and general support for those effected.

We'd like to take a moment to not only congratulate Katy Davies, our Operations Manager here at Hadlow Edwards, for the 12 year work-a-versary, but also on the birth of her wonderful baby boy, Henry! 🩷

12 years is a monumental amount of time to spend in any job, but Katy has gone from strength to strength over this time and is truly part of the fibre that makes up Hadlow Edwards. Katy deserves a huge amount of credit for shaping the wonderful team that we are all part of and couldn't imagine the office without her 👏🏼

Katy has been thoroughly missed, and we hope she's enjoying her maternity leave! We're super excited to welcome her back to the office next week for a catch up!

She's back full-time in the New Year and we can't wait - and also for when Henry comes by for a visit, the latest member of the Hadlow Edwards family 🤩

It's Friday, so continuing with our 'Meet the Advisers' series, we'd like to showcase Emily Osagie 👏🏼

Emily has been part of the Hadlow Edwards family for 4 years and joined us fresh from the SJP Adviser Academy. Emily's area of expertise is in retirement planning and looking at the overall picture using cash flow analysis. Being our only female adviser (for now) and a mother to young children, she has a particular interest in supporting women and working with families to develop robust long term financial plans.

Emily works remotely, but often takes the time to join us in the Hadlow Edwards office when she can, and it's always a highlight of our week catching up and hearing what she's been up to and where she's been.

Something you may not know about Emily is that she has represented Great Britain in both European and World Athletics and Cross Country Championships. Swipe to the second picture to see her in action in Brussels circa 2008 🤯

Emily brings the dedication and discipline that she had in her sporting career into her advising - so you know she's driven more than most to make your financial goals a reality, no matter what it is you're trying to achieve.

Thank you to Nightingale House Hospice for sending us over a copy of their most recent newsletter!

We feature twice in this one: Firstly, in their article about the Monopoly Board Roadshow, which was a massive success and a lovely morning celebrating the amazing efforts of Shannon and the team! 🥰

And secondly in the promotion of our joint competition for 2027’s calendar - it’s been a blast so far working through and collaborating on this with Kara! We’re really looking forward to seeing all of the submissions together in one spot for the judging, which is in less than a month now 👏🏼
