Where I can help
1) first time buyers who want to see if they can get on the ladder or if not yet then what they need to do to get into that position

2) remortgaging where you are either already on the variable rate or will be in the next 6 months (or if you are on a high rate tied in you may be able to save even if paying an early repayment charge). This is critical for anyone whose rate is due between now and end march as we will then be paying the brexit version of deal or no deal with the EU as the banker.

3) need to borrow more money for home improvement or debt consolidation or looking to staircase a shared ownership or help to buy

4) wanting to move home. We can help even if tied in with your existing lender.

5) looking to branch into buy to let to supplement pension income

6) want to check you have the best deals for insurances

7) need a will and just haven't got round to it yet.

8) want to check your pension and need to speak to someone to see what you have and whether to consolidate them into one fund.
