3 Happy clients this week all receiving a mortgage offer from their lender
๐ก One client went to a high street lender and failed on affordability and she had the opportunity to buy her council house at a discount meaning she didnโt need to put any deposit down. All sorted and offered ๐
๐ Another client again approached his current lender and was told he couldnโt afford to take over the mortgage on his own after a breakup. New mortgage offered in 8 days โ
My third client had a few credit blips when he had health problems in the passed which lead to loss of income, so he incurred defaults and CCJs. He wanted to borrow more funds to add an attic bedroom and new windows, again he didnโt think I this was possible but itโs all approved and ready to go โ
