It was busy week for our team. Projects are moving foward.
✅ Couple rooms had been redecorated.
✅Consultation with EPC assesor for necessary work required to rich C on epc on Elms project completed. Internal wall insulation booked and start next week.
✅Electrical work nearly completed on Elms project.
✅DPC completed on Elms project
✅Rear garden finished on Watson project
✅EPC inspection on Watson project done and the result is what we like to hear "EPC band C" it is nice to hear that when at the begining of the project was F.
✅Plastering finished on kings project and base coat of paint completed upstairs.
✅Back yard clear off on kings project. Kitchen has been designed and measured
✅Two new contractors joined our team
❌Still looking for additional contractors
❌Decion on the Elms road downstairs toilet design still need to be made.
