Hi everyone! Hope you're all keeping well during what has been tough times for many, however there is light at the end of the tunnel now it seems!
Today's budget if you didn't know means that the STAMP DUTY HOLIDAY has now been EXTENDED until the end of June for up to £500k and end of September for up to £250k so if you are now thinking of moving please do get in touch sooner rather than later so you can take advantage of this saving when buying your new property! As always should you need anything mortgage or insurance related then please do feel free to get in touch with me!

Normally I would say open as normal, but what is normal these days?! My heart goes out to all those whose businesses close again for a month 💔 But pleased that my estate agent colleagues can operate with some degree of normality!

As for me I can do everything via phone/zoom and can scan/email documents, so please still get in touch! AND if your current deal is coming to an end by 31st December you need to be sorting out your remortgage ASAP as there are delays with lenders so DEFINITELY get in touch this coming week.
