EXCITING NEWS! We have had our offer accepted on our next project! 🤩

We now have the possibility to start collaborating with private funders for this project.

How does it work, we hear you ask. Very simple! If you have savings sitting in your bank account that are giving you very little to no return (talking about inflation effect!), you can lend them to us for a period of time, then you can sit back and relax and at the end of this period you receive your funds PLUS a generous interest on top. All done via official contracts.

We have already welcomed some investors on board and we are so happy that we can help them get a much better return than what they are getting from their banks!

… And we got the Traveller Review Awards 2023 for both our serviced accommodation units in the UK!

Second year in a row that we receive this award from Booking.com!

We are extremely happy, not only for winning the award, but for the meaning behind it.

We strive to offer a great service to everyone we work with. This in particular is the result of how we make our clients and guests feel during their stay with us, which is the result of great communication and customer service, making sure that everything is ready and ok at their arrival, prompt solutions to any issues that might arise, as well as ensuring that the accommodations are kept at high standards, clean, fully equipped.

We thank all our guests for staying with us and for taking time to leave a review (45 of them did, which is amazing!), as well as the team for their hard work!

This year we have expanded our territory to include Italy, so we look forward to welcoming even more clients and guests to our accommodations both in the UK and abroad!

Happy New Year everyone!

Yes, we know that we are 9 days into the new year already, but we followed the Italian holidays this year and we took some cheeky extra days off 😁

What have you been up to during the holiday season?

If you are anything like us, you might have used some of this time to plan for the coming year. Goals, New Year resolutions…how is it going with those? The reason of the question is that at this point some people have already started give up! Studies report that many people give up by mid-Jan and many more by the end of January. Just a bunch of days after we said to ourselves that we are going to change our lives, that this year it’s all going to be different and we are going to smash it.

Why?

Because perhaps we are not enough emotionally attached to our resolutions/goals. Or maybe because we are trying to get to the result too quickly, without proceeding by small steps, which makes the whole thing look unachievable and overwhelming. Or possibly because we are trying to emulate someone else, without realising that we are not all on the same journey.
Been there, done it!

But mistakes are great because they offer great learnings. With time, we learn that a good strategy to follow when setting our goals is to ask ourselves questions like:
- How important is this for me?
- How much do I want this? (and if it’s not 10/10, then it’s worth reviewing it)
- What can I do to break it down in more achievable steps?
- How is my life going to change when I achieve this?
- How committed am I?

It works wonder for us.
