The good news is you don’t need a strict diet to feel a difference. A few simple food habits can really boost your day-to-day energy.
Try adding:
🥣 A protein-based breakfast (eggs, yoghurt, beans)
🥬 More fibre-rich foods (oats, lentils, whole grains)
🫐 More colour on your plate (berries, greens, peppers)
🐟 Omega-3s (salmon, sardines, walnuts)
💧 Water first, coffee second (especially on cold mornings)
