At Teachers Building Society, we help hedgehogs find a home, too!

Eve and Kate from our Environmental Committee recently visited Witchampton CE First School as part of our ‘Homes for Hedgehogs’ project. 💚

We joined the whole school, from Reception to Year 4, for an assembly all about hedgehogs, why their numbers are declining and what we can all do to help protect them.

The children also got stuck into a hedgehog-themed art activity, took home fact sheets and met their new toy hedgehog, Henry! 🦔

We’ll be heading back in November to deliver a special hedgehog house, giving the school another way to help local wildlife.

A big thank you to everyone at Witchampton First School for welcoming us! 🌿
