Did you know what the definition of a high net worth individual is? The government is currently consulting with the FCA on whether the limits should be increased. However, for now, the current definition is https://bit.ly/3xtfcNk.

At Lomond, we only deal with qualified high net worth individuals.

If you can meet the above definition (mainly having either a salary of £100,000 pa and/or having net assets of £250,000 excluding your primary residence and pension assets) then we can share with you some of the projects that we are undertaking.

The estimated returns from our various holiday let investments offer running yields in excess of 10% pa. The minimum participation level is £10,000.

Roger Lane-Smith, one of the principal founders of law firm DLA Piper, one of the largest law firms in the world with offices in more than 40 countries throughout the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Roger was Chairman of the firm until 2005, and today is the senior consultant to the firm.

He sits on the Board of a number of companies both Public and Private and although a Corporate Lawyer by specialisation, Roger also has a wide experience of Real Estate investment.
