⏰ Is your mortgage fixed rate coming to an end soon?

💡 Good news – we do not charge a fee for reviewing your mortgage and arranging a new deal.

Many homeowners don’t realise you can start reviewing your options up to 6 months before your current deal ends.

If you do nothing, your mortgage will usually move onto your lender’s Standard Variable Rate, which is often higher than necessary.

Here are a few things worth knowing:

✔ We compare deals across the whole market to help find the best rate available for you
✔ You can secure a new rate in advance so it starts when your current deal ends
✔ You may be able to switch lender for a better deal
