Hello everyone, for those that don’t know I fell down some stairs on holiday at the start of March & caused a good bit of damage to my ankle, which has made me struggle with getting through my monthly rounds ever since.

To cut a long story short, after recent scans I’ve come to learn that my injury’s probably a lot worse than first thought but due to being self employed & the mixed advice from specialists I’m not sure if I’ve come back to work too early. I may potentially be off for a longer period of time this year (depending on the new results) however, I’ll let people know if it comes to that.

That being said I will no longer be doing jobs on the ladders. Which includes gutter/fascia cleans.
Unfortunately I will also be cutting my round down. As much as I appreciate & are very grateful for the custom. The size of the round is just adding way too much stress for me physically/mentally.

I’ll be letting these customers know & can only apologise again.

Lastly, can people please not message or ring me about windows on a weekend. I barely want to speak about them on a weekday never mind a Saturday night.😅

Hello everyone; just a heads up that I’m currently off work due to losing a fight with a flight of stairs and wrecking my ankle ligaments.

Hopefully I can ease back into it next week, but a lot of my West Side jobs may be left until the latter end of April, which I can only apologise for.

I am officially finished for Christmas.🎄🎄

Firstly, I’ll get the bad news out of the way early doors.

People say being nice gets you nowhere, but I disagree. I say it gets you about a grand down.

It’s been a close competition all year to see who could owe me the most money & on the final day of 2024 season, the Westside of town have won it. (See attached photo for results).

I understand it is easy to forget & life can come in the way. But the majority of it is bank transfers, which takes about 30 seconds to do. I have sent out reminders throughout the last few months & finally a last reminder today, so there can really be no excuses.🤷🏼‍♂️

Secondly, apologies if I’ve not managed to fit you in, or if you were one of the unlucky houses whose windows I did before ya boy Storm Darragh absolutely smashed everything to bits.

Finally, to finish on a more happier note; I’d just like to thank all my lovely customers for their continued support throughout the year. Thanks to my mate Rigatoni for giving us a hand to help get caught up with the round & Heggo for being the muscle today. A double thanks for all the Xmas cards & tips I was given too, I really, really do appreciate it. I hope you all have a great Christmas & I wish you all the best for the new year. See you all in 2025.

Well that’s the last few windows cleaned for the year; thank f*ck!😅

Wouldn’t be a standard post of mine, if I wasn’t moaning about not being paid. So I’m going to be posting final payment reminders at some point after Boxing Day.

On a more positive note, a big thankyou to all my customers for the support and custom throughout 2023. Apologies to anyone I couldn’t fit in beforehand! Hope you all have a lovely Christmas & all the best for the new year!

Important update:

Me mum & dad will be happy to hear, after writing one car off & running their next into the ground, I’ve gone and bought myself my own little van.

Once I’m fully set up, the business will be ran a little differently.
I will be changing to the WFP system(water fed pole) & the majority of my jobs will be cleaned this way. I understand it’s not everybody’s preferred method but if you at least give it a try for a couple of cleans; I’m sure the job will be just as good. And if not & you want to cancel that is also totally fine.

💨-Hopefully it will help me get through my round quicker, therefore freeing up more space for more customers.

✨-I will also be taking on a lot more gutter & fascia cleaning jobs with this new system. Again get in touch to be put on the ‘to do list’.

💷-If people start to take longer than 2 months/2 cleans to pay me; then they will be cut from the round. I have people asking all the time for work; who I know will pay on time.

Every post seems to be an essay so fair play if you’ve read this far down.

Just abit of a heads up to my customers; I’m going travelling at the end of the month, so will miss 1/2 rounds over March/April.🌴

-I’ve tried speaking to the majority of my customers, but if you know anyone who’s windows I do, who may not be on Facebook, will you please let them know.

-I’ll continue my round as normal when I come home, but if you don’t want to wait about, just let me know & I’ll take you off the round.🏡

-For the businesses I clean, I can try sort something whilst I’m away so that they’re still maintained.🛍

-Lastly, I’ll post reminders before the 22nd for the people that owe. (Those ladyboys won’t pay for themselves).

Hello guys, just a few things to cover:

🤦🏼‍♂️- I injured myself playing football over the weekend & climbing ladders all day isn’t helping it at all. So I’m going to rest up for a week or so, which I hope will help. This means I’m obviously going to be due round later than usual in November/December, but will hopefully get you all before Christmas.

🎄- With christmas coming up & the ever constant increase in everything in life(bar wages), I understand that money may be stretched & I know clean windows won’t be top of the priortiy list. So if it gets to the stage where you want me to miss you out for a month or so, drop me a message & I’ll sort it out.

💷- Finally on the topic of money… I feel like a broken record but I’m currently owed around £800. The majority of which is paid via Bank Transfer, so please can people start doing it.

If ya don’t pay, me mam n dad won’t be getting any Christmas presents. So send ya coin over & save the Smiths’ xmas!

Hello guys;

After careful deliberation in regards to the recent rise of living costs, I am too going to be increasing my prices from June onwards.

The majority of my round will be going up 15-25%. Some prices will remain the same. So please check the receipts that are posted in future to see whether the price has changed.

‼️I understand the cost of living increase has affected us all & some of you may not wish to pay these new prices, which is totally fine. Just let me know if you’d like me to take you off the round.

🔷 I found it difficult to raise the prices as I know & get on with pretty much all of my customers, however this is still a business, which also needs to cover its own costs. So I hope you all understand.

Therefore:
• £8—- > £10
• £10—-> £12
• £12—-> £15
• £15—-> £17
• £20—-> £25
• £25—-> £30
Etc…

Please share & let other customers that have me know, that aren’t on Facebook.
