What a start to the year its been for SO-Mortgages

50 mortgages submitted in the first quarter- with 28 of them being this month!

We're a team of 3, 2 administrators and me as the advisor. It's been a massive team effort to get to this point, with hundreds of assessments, documents checking, lender research, agreement in principles, applications, lender progression and more.

I want to thank Sarah and Charlotte for all their hard work. I really appreciate the work that you both do.

We're very much ready for an Easter break, to recharge, ready to hit the ground running in Q2.

A massive thank you, to everyone who's trusted us to help with your mortgage and remortgages.

And lastly (by no means least) thank you to the Housing Associations that we work alongside, its always a pleasure.
