The Monetary Policy Committee have cut the Bank Of England Base Rate to 3.75% (from 4%)

When the base rate is cut this often means the cost of borrowing becomes cheaper.

📉Tracker mortgage will see payments get cheaper.
👩🏼‍💻Variable might see rates get cheaper but this is at lenders discretion
✔️Fixed repayments will remain the same

This could provide a welcome boost to the housing market in the New year.
