I enjoy the variety the role offers. Every case is different, whether it involves children, divorce, or financial matters, there are always new challenges that allow me to develop my legal knowledge and problem-solving skills. Working closely with solicitors to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients is particularly satisfying.

I'd initially fallen into law off the back of my A Levels, looking to gain some experience in one of Powys' most established businesses. However, once I started working in the legal profession, I quickly realised how much I enjoyed it. I found that I liked the combination of problem-solving, attention to detail, and working with people during important moments in their lives.

❌ MYTH: “My family knows what I want, so I don’t need a Will.”
✅ FACT: Your wishes aren’t legally guaranteed unless they’re properly set out in a valid Will.

It’s easy to assume that your family will know what you would want to happen when you die. But without a valid Will, your estate will generally be distributed according to the rules of intestacy – and the outcome may not reflect your wishes.

Making a Will allows you to:
